About Me
Having worked in IT for the last few years, in 2024 I made the decision to set up a limited company which I operate under to deliver my own services, specialising in Workspace and End User Computing (EUC).
I primarily work across Apple and Windows environments, supporting the deployment, management and lifecycle of devices ranging from tens to several thousand across Education and SMB sectors. I help organisations use modern MDM and RMM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf and other endpoint management tools to securely deploy, manage and maintain their device estates.
My work covers full device lifecycle services including deployments, refresh programmes, migrations, onboarding, decommissioning and ongoing estate management. I also provide ad-hoc IT engineer cover and contract support, assisting internal IT teams with break/fix work, rollout assistance and short-term technical resource gaps.
I offer a range of IT solutions, project delivery and support services that can be tailored to each client’s requirements. All engagements begin with a discovery call to understand requirements, environment and scope of work.
From there, I will provide a clear outline of approach, timeline and cost, which will be agreed before any technical work is carried out.
